Fudgy Brownies

Tanto per intenderci, l'autrice del blog da cui ho preso la ricetta li chiama "the fudgiest brownies that ever lived, but they didn't live long"... e come darle torto? Questi brownies

Tagliare a pezzetti il cioccolato rimanente e unirlo all’impasto.

Ingredients (8 servings): 115gr butter, 200 gr chocolate, 2 eggs, 50 gr sugar, 60gr brown sugar, vanilla flavouring, ½ teaspoon of salt, 70 gr flour. Calories per serving: 343
Directions: Preheat your oven at 160°C (approx. 325F) and grease a medium sized baking tin (mine measures approx. 15x20 cm). Melt the butter with approximately 130gr of chocolate and let cool down. Beat the eggs and sugars until they're light and fluffy. Add the vanilla flavouring and salt. Add the flour and the melted chocolate. Coarsely chop the remaining chocolate and add it to the mixture. Pour it into your baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes; the brownies are ready when the top looks crusty. Let them cool down for a few hours (when they're still warm, the inside is almost liquid), then cut into squares and serve. For a more detailed translation, use the Translator in the side bar
